Can you believe we are already into November? The Oktoberfest season seems to come and go so quickly every year and this was no different. Although we are sad to see our Oktoberfest menu go, we are are excited to show you some new dishes our Chef has been working on.

Check out what new and returning dishes are now available at Penn Brewery (main location), below.

New Menu Items at Penn Brewery (Main)

Sunrise Poutine

Poutine, for those that don't know originated from our friends up North, in Canada. It requires just three delicious ingredients - French Fries, Brown Gravy, & Cheese Curds.

However, we wanted to Jazz up our Poutine and create something delicious for anytime of the day.

Our Sunrise Poutine features fresh-cut fries with white cheddar cheese curds, wild mushroom demi-glace, bacon, and a sunny-side up egg. Deliriously good any time of day.

Texas Flood Salad

Need something to balance out the Potato heavy Poutine? Check out our newest Salad, crafted with many tasty ingredients.

The Texas Flood Salad features Mixed greens topped with Penn Kaiser Pils-brined and blackened chicken thighs, black bean and corn salsa, crispy okra, grape tomato, red onion, and jalapeno cornbread croutons, all dressed with warm andouille vinaigrette. Yum!

Autumn Burratta Salad

Burratta Cheese

Our fresh Burratta Salad was a popular pick on our previous Spring menu and we're bringing it back with the flavor of Fall!

Burratta is an Italian cheese that is very similar to Mozzarella, only creamier. It's almost like a molten ball of Mozzarella!

The Autumn Burratta is made with Mixed greens topped with Buratta cheese, toasted pepitas, roasted beets, cucumber, red onion, and grape tomato, dressed with Penn Weizen vinaigrette.

German Cuban Sandwich

Making an re-appearance from last years Winter's menu is the German Cuban Sandwich.

We love the taste & flavor of a traditional Cuban sandwich and wanted to put our touch on it.

The German Cuban is comprised of slow roasted pork loin, black forest ham, Swiss cheese, house-made bread and butter dill pickles on heat pressed sour dough bread with orange-cumin butter. Spicy mustard on the side. This sandwich comes with a choice of a side.

5 Hour Braised Brisket

Finally, check out this delectable new entree, The 5 Hour Braised Brisket.

Our 5 Hour Braised Brisket is in broth with warm winter spices, grilled Vietnamese chicken sausage, German dumplings, root vegetables, bean sprouts, and fresh cilantro pesto.

This dish is sure to warm you up when the temperatures start to go down!

Other Changes

  • Buffalo Chicken Pierogi's added back.

  • Bavarian Apple and Onion Soup added

  • Flatbread Pizza added back.

  • Speciality Sandwiches added back - Portabella "Philly Cheesesteak", Five Hour Braised Brisket French Dip, German Cuban.

The Sunrise Poutine with wild mushroom demi-glace and a sunny-side up egg sounds like a perfect comfort dish for the cold months. It’s great to see creative seasonal updates like this. It's amazing how fast time flies! November already, and Oktoberfest is a fond memory. While I'll miss those festive flavors, I'm really looking forward to what new culinary adventures your Chef has cooking. Maybe something with a hint of Granny's secret recipes? I'll definitely be checking out the new menu at Penn Brewery!

I usually prefer racing games, but eggy car offers a fun twist by focusing on balance instead of speed. Reaching a new personal best is always satisfying.

I keep returning to Drive Mad because the levels are short and easy to replay. It’s a great option when you only have a few spare minutes.
