Chicken Forestiere- Eight-ounce chicken breasts pan-seared and served with roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day. Finished with a wild mushroom ragu. 24.00 (GF without sauce)

Stuffed Salmon - Eight-ounce salmon filet stuffed with lump crabmeat served with risotto and vegetable of the day. Finished with beurre blanc sauce. 27.00

Shrimp Scampi - Linguine tossed in a white wine, butter and garlic sauce with seven jumbo shrimp and diced tomatoes. 25.00 (May substitute gluten-free pasta)

Pork Rouladen - Pork cutlet founded thin and filled with a mushroom, spaetzle, craisin, and shallot stuffing, wrapped and then seared and braised. Sliced and served with vegetable of the day and finished with a plum wine sauce. 25.00
