Tempura Soft Shell Crab  - A jumbo soft shell crab battered and cooked golden. Served with a risotto cake, asparagus, and carrots garnished with a cucumber relish. Finished with a lemon-thyme vinaigrette. 22

Smoked St. Louis-Style Ribs - Smoked and grilled in-house, and basted with our BBQ sauce. Served with potato salad, coleslaw, and corn on the cob. Half rack 19/Full rack 24

Smoked Beef Brisket - Slow roasted in the smoker. Sliced and served with a German version of au gratin potatoes made with our bier cheese and vegetable of the day. Finished with a bourbon demi-glace. 23

Rotisserie Roasted Half Chicken - Served with savory potatoes and vegetable of the day. Finished with a mango-habenero glaze. 18
