Donation Request

Penn Brewery supports the local community in many ways.  
If you would like to request a donation, please send a written letter with the following information:

-         Name of the organization
-         Mention of organization as a (501)3c status
-         Name and purpose of event
-         Date and Time of Event
-         Item(s) being requested for donation
-         Contact information including name, phone number, and email address of requestor

All requests must be sent at least 3 weeks prior to the event.  No phone calls or e-mails for donation requests will be accepted!
