Have you ever tried a Breakfast Gyro? How about a Cast-iron breakfast skillet? No longer do you have to settle for a fast-food breakfast, we got you covered at Pittsburgh International Airport.
Our Cast-Iron Skillets are cooked to order using fresh meats, local dairy, and produce. We serve with a choice of Breadworks bread and fresh fruit. There are five different choices including a Portabella vegetarian option.
Our breakfast sandwiches are another fantastic way to start your day. The Breakfast Burrito (pictured above) features a fresh, locally made tortilla overstuffed with chorizo, eggs, potatoes, peppers, onions and cheddar-jack cheese. Additionally, drizzled with cilantro lime cream sauce.
Our Breakfast Gyro is a unique morning twist on a traditional Greek dish. Featuring beef and lamb gyro meat with egg, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, feta cheese and cherry pepper mayo on grilled sourdough bread. Both are served with a side of fresh fruit.
In addition to these crafted breakfast's, we also offer traditional items from the bakery. Bagels, apple, cheese, or cheery danish. Served with coffee.
Breakfast is served from 4:30 a.m. till 10:30 a.m.
Airports aren’t exactly known for great breakfast—too often it’s a choice between rushed pastries, sad grab-and-go sandwiches, Geometry Dash Unblocked or an overpriced sit-down meal with a 40-minute wait.
It’s nice to see the airport putting a premium on quality breakfast. I think having vegan or gluten-free options would make That's Not My Neighbor experience even more enjoyable.
