This year’s St. Nikolaus Bock - Brewer’s Reserve 2025 Firkin-Tapping Party is December 6th (St Nicholas Day!), in the restaurant, this warm and traditional tapping of the first keg is  led by Santa and our head-brewer Christopher Rudolph. This year we are  featuring Mädel Jäger (3-7pm) inside to help you “zicke zacke zicke  zacke ho ho ho” the night away. St. Nik Brewer’s Reserve is a Gold Medal  Winning 9% Winter Dopplebock made with Perle hops and consisting of  two-row, Munich, chocolate, dextrin, Carahell, caramel, and Carafa  malts.
