Mardi Gras
The saints will be marchin’ in to Penn Brewery on Fat Tuesday, February 21st. Swing to the tunes of the Boilermakers from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and toast with a draft of our Penn Märzen.

Chicken, shrimp, crawfish and sausage stewed
with vegetables and rice
Smothered Pork Chop
A center-cut, bone-in pork chop cooked in a rich, dark gravy
with garlic, onions and green peppers and served with
roast corn hash and Creole new potatoes
New Orleans Style Bread Pudding
with Praline Bacon
Can’t make it on Fat Tuesday? These special dishes will also be offered the weekend before Mardi Gras, along with live entertainment from Terry & Alex on Feb 17th, 7-10 pm, and Steve Johnson, Charity Nuse, and Amanda Barton from Big Leg Emma on February 18th, 7-10 pm.
